Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo beef Tenderloin, strips cut
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream ( or you can also mix 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon calamansi juice)
- 1/4 teaspoon refined salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Procedure:
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium saucepan. Stir fry beef & remove from the pan.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan. Saute onion, garlic and mushroom. Add on the beef broth until cooked.
- Mix the meat to saucepan. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes; stir in sour cream and heat through but do not boil.
- Ready to serve with hot rice.

either you buy beef broth in the market or boil the beef and get the broth from there.
